Fundraising for a New Training & Simulation Lab

Patient simulators are designed to help healthcare professionals and students develop clinical skills through safe, effective, simulation-based learning. Laerdal’s high-fidelity solutions enable educators to assess performance, deliver structured training, and replicate real-life scenarios. This will ensure HRGH staff have access to high-fidelity simulation mannequins that will enhance response to complex and acute patient conditions and presentations.

  • Deliver safe, practical training with patient simulators that mimic real-life clinical scenarios.

  • Run scenarios that build critical thinking, teamwork, and clinical readiness for diverse patient care settings.

  • Run debrief, track progress, and connect learning outcomes.

  • The new lab will help residents of rural communities earn a baccalaureate degree to become a registered nurse without leaving their home community.
