Sunset Bays Car Wash Take Over Supports Acute Care at the High River Hospital
On June 14 & 15, 2025, the proceeds from all Sunset Bays car washes will be donated to the High River District Health Care Foundation.
In addition, on Saturday, June 14, from 11 am – 2 pm, the Foundation team and the Hospital Auxiliaries Grilling for Good BBQ trailer will be serving up hamburgers and hot dogs with proceeds also being directed to the cause.
“Kevin has given us the keys to the carwash for the weekend – all in an effort to raise money for the Acute Care Unit at the hospital! What a fun and easy way for a local, small business to support Hometown Healthcare and who doesn’t love a shiny vehicle.” stated Foundation’s Executive Director Wendy Kennelly.
Sunset Bays Car Wash owners Kevin Brown stated, “We are thrilled to invite the Foundation to take over our car wash and to donate the proceeds to support Acute Care at the High River Hospital. The Hospital is a vital part of our community and has been there to care for our family, so this is a fun way for us to give back. We invite you to shine up your ride and support local healthcare.”
